I am so incredibly happy to be back to filming! I have missed it so much, but have been so busy with studying that I just didn't have time to film tutorials. Luckily, I passed my exam so I am back! I have been dying to use the new Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette in a tutorial and I figured I would start with this look here. It's more neutral but still perfect for a night out!
