In Lust With Neutrals Makeup Tutorial!

Hey Everyone!!!

I have been dying to do this tutorial for you for quite some time now! I drew out a face chart for it in June (YES THAT LONG AGO!) and I just now finally filmed it! I wanted to use my Lorac 3D Liquid Lustre Drops in Silver and I thought that this neutral look would look amazing with it! I used mostly MakeupGeek Shadows for this tutorial as well!
