I am bringing you a tutorial that is perfect for St. Patrick's Day! I personally don't really do much for it but I figured some of you do so why not do a fun tutorial! Plus I love the way that green makes hazel eyes look haha! I also wanted to try out my new Kryolan Cake Liner Sealer and OMG this product is amazing! I mixed it with Sugarpill's Tipsy loose eye shadow and it made a gorgeous foil effect and it doesn't budge... And I mean at all! Even with water I couldn't get this liner off so it's definitely great for all day liner! I am so impressed and I would highly recommend this product! Anyways, on to the tutorial!
